Primary care with time to listen
Primary care works best when your provider has time to understand your concerns, answer questions, and help you make informed decisions about your health.
At Parhelia Wellness, our primary care visits are designed to be thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. We focus on care that fits your life and supports your health over time.
What we help with
Preventive care
Routine screenings, health maintenance, lab review, and guidance to help you stay current with recommended care.
Metabolic health
Support for blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight management, nutrition, movement, and sleep.
Women’s health
Support for perimenopause, menopause, contraception, PCOS-related concerns, and reproductive health needs.
Everyday concerns
Visits for common health questions, medication refills when appropriate, care planning, and follow-up support.
Behavioral health support
Support for anxiety, depression, stress, sleep concerns, and emotional well-being. This may include medication management, lifestyle approaches, and treatments designed to complement therapy and support whole-person care.
Our approach
We take a whole-person approach that recognizes the connection between physical health, mental health, sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and the demands of daily life.
What virtual primary care can support
- Preventive care planning and routine screening support
- Reviewing labs, symptoms, and health goals together
- Medication review and refills when appropriate
- Support for sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress
- Follow-up support for ongoing, lower-risk health concerns
When in-person care may be needed
Some symptoms and health concerns may benefit from in-person care, urgent evaluation, imaging, lab testing, or specialist referral. Virtual care may not be the right fit for every concern, and recommendations will always be guided by your symptoms, needs, and safety.
Parhelia Wellness is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Pricing and payment
Healthcare can feel complicated, expensive, and difficult to plan for. We use simple per-visit pricing that is paid at the time of your appointment to help make care more transparent and predictable.
In many cases, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for reimbursement, and some insurance companies may reimburse out-of-network visits.
